Classes We Offer
Move With Me
An engaging class for toddlers and a parent or caregiver to explore movement together. Through music, simple steps, and playful activities, little ones build coordination, rhythm, and early social skills while bonding with their caregiver.
Pointe
One of ballet’s most iconic elements, pointe work extends a dancer’s lines, creating lightness and the illusion of floating on air. Students typically study ballet for several years before advancing to pointe. To train safely, dancers must demonstrate proper turnout, strong alignment, correct posture, leg strength, and secure balance in relevé.
Tap
Tap transforms dancers into musicians, creating rhythmic patterns through metal plates on the shoes. Known for syncopation, improvisation, and percussive artistry, tap can be performed with music or a cappella for a purely rhythmic experience.
Creative Movement
For our youngest independent dancers, this class introduces basic dance concepts through imaginative play, storytelling, and music. Students develop motor skills, musicality, and self-expression while learning to participate as part of a group.
Pre-Professional
An elite training track for serious dancers preparing for professional careers or advanced college study. Admission is by audition only, with some levels training up to six days per week.
Focused on classical ballet and pointe, the program also includes Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Tap, and cross-training in Pilates and Yoga. Students gain valuable performance opportunities and develop the versatility needed to excel in multiple dance styles.
Jazz
Jazz dance emphasizes rhythm, energy, and style. With influences ranging from Street Jazz to Broadway and Contemporary Jazz, classes may focus on one style or combine several. Dancers develop musical accuracy, dynamic movement, and expressive performance quality.
Ballet
The foundation from which nearly all dance styles have evolved. Ballet is an artistic form that blends precision, fluidity, balance, strength, and grace. Our training nurtures character, discipline, musicality, and excellent posture, helping students grow both as dancers and individuals.
Contemporary
An expressive style that breaks away from classical form, contemporary dance blends fluidity, unpredictability, and unique shapes inspired by everyday movement. Dancers explore breath work, floor work, and improvisation, fostering creativity and personal expression.
Hip-Hop
A high-energy style incorporating popping, locking, breaking, and freestyle movement. Hip Hop allows dancers to develop their own style while staying connected to a constantly evolving form of cultural expression.
