Alli grew up in Syracuse dancing competitively at Tawn Marie’s Dance Centre. She earned her degree in Dance and English from SUNY Brockport, where she performed in faculty and student works, competed with the Brockport Dance Team, and served as captain her senior year. Now in her second year with Ballet and Dance of Upstate NY, Alli loves sharing her passion for contemporary, jazz, and hip hop with her students.

Bethany grew up in Macon, Georgia, and began training in classical ballet at age 10, inspired by watching Barbie in the Nutcracker as a child. She trained as a trainee with Light of the World Ballet, performing throughout New York and nationally. Abigail is excited to begin the next chapter of her dance career with CNYB and B&D.

A Syracuse native, Loren trained with Kathleen Rathbun and performed with Syracuse City Ballet before joining its trainee program. She studied ballet at the University of Utah and later danced with Canyon Concert Ballet in Colorado in works including The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, and Giselle. Loren is excited to return home to perform with CNY Ballet and share her passion for teaching.

A former soloist with Princeton Ballet Society and Dancers’ Ensemble of Syracuse, she studied on scholarship at Juilliard and trained with world-renowned teachers including David Howard and Melissa Hayden. She has taught at Syracuse University, directed the Dance Department at Metropolitan School of the Arts, and choreographed acclaimed productions such as Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, Swan Lake, and her beloved annual production of The Nutcracker. She is working alongside Creative Director, Claire Solis, in this year’s Nutcracker with Central New York Ballet!

With a twinkle in his eye and a deep sense of magic and mystery, he became the heart of our holiday tradition. His presence on stage was more than just a role, it was a gift to the dancers, the production, and every child and family who believed a little more in the wonder of the season because of him. We are endlessly grateful for the joy, generosity, and theatrical brilliance he shared with us year after year, he will be missed by many.
